 + -1 moreThe computer is under warranty for hardware. I contacted the manufacturer who ran test and determined that the drive is OK. The computer is sometimes slow and difficult to get various programs to respond.
Description of Work: They did an on site diagnostic, check update on a virus and spyware protections. They removed a program that was giving warning on start up. They diagnosed that the hard drive is noisy and will fail in the future.

 + -1 moreI have no problems with Best Buy except the merchandise that I got was defective. They are very informative and helpful to me. I will continue to use them.
Description of Work: I bought a computer from them not too long ago and it had some problems with it. The Geek Squad took it to repair it and I am still waiting for it.

Description of Work: We took our computer to Geek Squad in Best Buy to upgrade it. They also added more memory.

 + -1 moreThey also repaired a vacuum cleaner for us and we were satisfied with the work done. I always give somebody just one chance and if they do badly I never return. I would recommend Best Buy for the jobs they have done for us.

 + -1 moreIf I needed them in the future I would definitely hire the geek squad from Best Buy. The lady that worked on the computer did a wonderful job and was very knowledgeable.
Description of Work: Best Buy upgraded the computer from sp1 to sp2. They also discovered some missing files from sp1 so that s why it was upgraded.
