Description of Work: They came out quickly to perform a garage maintenance check. He sprayed some WD40 on the coils and in the tracks. Door was making a terrible noise. He opened and closed it 20-30 times. He said it sounded "better" to him. He advised me I could put new rollers on, insulate the door, and change out a panel. He advised he would send me a proposal which came shortly after he departed for a staggering sum. I think the "maintenance package" was just a lure to get me to purchase his recommendations. Door continues to work albeit loudly.

Mrs. [Member Name Removed], The maintenance purchase is by no means a lure to add expenses. We have done plenty of these and not added a single dime. The purchase deal is simply a 12 PT inspection and service of the door. If there are other problems present we feel we need to let the customer know. We only priced items for you that we thought you might need or want. We had listed different options on the estimate so the total reflected all those options which might have been confusing. We priced a couple different motors bc we noted you had an old Genie Screw Drive operator. We priced a bottom panel that matched what you had. Unfortunately certain vendors do not give discounts on individual sections. The new rollers that are out there are nylon and can make a difference with noise in the track. I am sorry you found our pricing to be high and appreciate the feedback. We understand your concerns and will be happy to help in anyway. This company prides itself on taking care of our team and our customers. If there is anything we can do to change your mind about our company, we will be happy to do so. Description of Work: The technician tuned up the garage door including lubricating all the parts. We were having issues with it stopping at certain places while opening and he changed out the bracket on the back of the door which corrected one of the stops. The other is due to the age of the opener itself which he recommended replacing at some point. He was very knowledgeable and provided me with a good education for the future.

Description of Work: "Garage Works repaired/replaced our garage door today, and we couldn't be happier with the results! They communicated so well, and the technician, Luke, did the job very fast. It matches the door on the other side of the garage perfectly, too. We will absolutely call them again when we need anything done to the garage. From the time they came to give us an estimate until we had a good-looking door was less then a week. Also, Very reasonable! A++++ "
