We bought a house from Tiffany in 2011 and could not be happier with the work she did in finding us a home and completing the sale. Most realtors are not heard from after the sale and move in. Consistent communication throughout the year and then you are invited to their home every year for food trucks and fun at their expense! Who does that ? I am retired from a fortune 50 company and I would hire anyone from the Fykes group at our company. Excellent! Tiffany and the gang at FYKES Realty did an outstanding job for us. Sale price above asking, finding were looking for in the hard-to-find- Williamson County, negotiating with a FSBO seller, recommendations for contractors/vendors, and fantastic communication and follow-up.
