+ -1 moreRichard Bryan at Fridrich & Clark Realty LLC was wonderful. He had to have shown us 40 houses. He was so patient. It took 6 months for us to find the house. He found the perfect house and he was patient enough to do it with us! I was very picky! He was able to suit our wants and needs. The seller pays the realtor fees. Can you grade him better than A? I would give him A++. His work quality was 100%. He was constantly looking for new properties, people that might be selling that were fitting out category, and at least once a month he took us to see house after house after house. His responsiveness was absolutely instantaneous. I would use him again without hesitation.
