They were very careless and broke an antique piece of furniture for which they pay the full value for fixing.

Friendly crew, handled all my household goods very carefully and worked very quickly, I was paying them by the hour.

This was a moving nightmare. We have moved many times, this was by far the worst ever. It would be easier to say what wasn’t damaged, they didn’t even use the moving blankets to pad anything. We had Fox Moving and Storage of Knoxville, TN move us from Kingsport, TN to Fort Worth, TX and after the move we called to try to get a resolution and they were very unresponsive. We would have been better off to sell or give away the items we had moved, it would have been cheaper than getting damaged stuff to our destination.

They gave me an estimate for moving, then after all furniture was in truck they charged an extra 1200. which we were forced to pay. The employees that moved us were wonderful, and did a good job even though we got three pieces back broken. We also lost two fans and a step stool we loaned them. Would never recommend the company, but if the moving guys went to another company would highly recommend them.

We had a front load washer and dryer to move plus a sleeper sofa. They also moved our entertainment center and a refrigerator. The guys were awesome under pressure to get everything moved at our convenience.

The movers called to ensure we were aware they would arrive at a specific time and, were right on schedule. They were friendly, professional and courteous. Above all, they exercised extreme care throughout the move. Fox Moving was an wise choice.

The initial quote for the number of 'containers' I would need was off. When the movers were trying to load my furniture on the truck they said they didn't have enough room and initially told me that I was going to have to leave some stuff behind. 2 days before my departure. Finally they figured out how to pack everything on the truck. When the furniture was delivered I had items that were broken (seriously how do you break metal drawer pulls?) a dining room table that has a huge gouge in it a cut in my leather sofa. And when they delivered it to my new residence, the movers banged walls up etc.

The two person team (guy/gal) started work right after a huge storm had hot, even working the first part of the move in the rain ! Chris and Beverly were outstanding and a great credit to Fox. Thanks for all your hard work.

Over all I had a great experience with Fox Movers. Joe and his team took care of my belongings and respected my belongings by his careful driving. They were polite and hard working. They were late by about an hour, but they can't control traffic accidents. Joe did call to keep me informed along the way. They wrapped and secured everything in their truck well. I had no damage on any of my things. One thing that I did have to ding them on was that they forgot several things at the old place. We had some plants that we needed to go back for, when we arrived we noticed about half a dozen things accidentally left behind. It looked like they put the items by the plants but with the temperatures in the back of the truck possibly being an issue for the plants it was deiced that I would come back for them. At that point we just wrapped everything up and left. it wasn't out of laziness or lack of effort it was just a mistake but if I were to be moving out of state I could see where going back isn't an option. Over all, however, it was a great experience. I was a little nervous from other reviews but that ended up being unfounded from my end.

They were wonderful! Prompt, efficient & just great! They worked hard and quickly, even though we made them wait a bit (totally unforeseen). Would HIGHLY recommend!!
