These guys were great! Experienced, capable, and flexible.

They damaged my appliances and furniture badly. My washer had to have been flipped over to have been damaged like it was. I had to dissemble it and reconnect the drum because it detached due to being upside down at some point.

The 2 guys were polite, energetic, and professional in every way. I would certainly use them again should the need arise.

They got to our house 4 1/2 hours late but sent more workers to make up for it. They had workers not show up. While I was signing the initial paperwork the other young boys were walking all through my house laughing and looking through my stuff. The two younger boys kept leaving and going to their car. They worked hard, when they were working. Jon A. did a great job. We appreciate how they didn’t charge us for sending 4 guys instead of 2 but since they were 4 1/2 hours late, we felt that was somewhat expected. We lost help from family to unload because we got such a late start. Oh and they didn’t call to let us know they were going to be late. We had to keep calling Amanda S. to see what was going on and where they were.

The two gentlemen did a fine job.

They arrived 20 min late and took a smoke break, smoking around my furniture. They were also not professionally dressed and one individual but was exposed several times while moving items.

The movers were very careful and courteous. Nothing got broken!

Excellent, those guys were great & fast. Moving is hard & they made it look easy!

They showed up on time. But cost us a lot of money in damages, they destroyed the legs on my new TV stand, shattered a $250 mirror because they said it came unstrapped in the truck. Scratched a gun safe so deep it could not be repaired, scratched and chipped the entire bottom of a bed frame because they could not take 4 screws out to make it fit out of the bedroom. Told them to put the right adjustable bed frame near the bedroom door and went in there and they had not done it, so we ask the gentleman to switch them around and he said he would, so I go back and check to see if it was done and it was not. So again I asked him to do this and he said he would, I asked a third time and he acted like he did not hear me. I understand things happen especially when moving but they don t take any care while moving expenses furniture, they do it as fast as possible, without any care at all. I never write online reviews but HomeAdvisor sent me an email to do so and I feel I got a terrible job for a lot of money.

Slow and tedious, lots of unnecessary taping and disassembly. Was charged for travel delays and overtime rate and bill was well over what was discussed

Great guys came and helped me move and pack. Only issue was they didn’t know they were packing, although I confirmed it at least three times with office. But the movers went and got the boxes and were wonderful, nothing broken or damaged.

Everything is good about Fox movers. The only thing that went awry were the actual movers. They did not have an inventory list and did not pack my TVs like I had requested when I signed the firm estimate.

I have used Fox Moving 3 times in one year. I have never had a complaint.

Overall everyone with Fox Moving and Storage of East Tennessee were very friendly and professional. I had a curio cabinet moved from one location in Knoxville across town to another location in Knoxville. Although it wasn't a large move they still treated me as a very valuable customer.

The men that helped with the move were professional and very hard workers.

They were wonderful! Fast and professional, and moved me from Tennessee to Alabama.

they did a good job, price was fair.

These guys are excellent. I would definitely hire them again, and I will recommend them to my friends.

Used this company a couple of years ago, and they did well. Went with them again for a bigger move and the quality was not as good. Scratches on the furniture, used couch cushions for packing pads and still waiting for the bed frame.

They were fast and good.
