Please, please do yourself a favor and do not deal with this company. They installed a “quartz” island in my house with waterfall edges. I put quartz in quotes because I have no idea what it really is – it broke within a few months, which of course quartz is not supposed to do. When I called to tell them this they said the person I needed to deal with wasn’t in the office that week, would give me a call next week. Of course, no call. I called again, and again, and again, leaving messages and talking to people who said they couldn’t help me. Finally I got a call back saying they had no idea how that happened (the quartz breaking, that is), and that they could schedule an appointment for someone to come look at it. The next appointment was weeks away, and they next appointment that would work with my work schedule was after a ways after that. That guy showed up and said that he could fix it in 10 minutes… except that at the moment, he didn’t have 10 minutes to fix it. Then he spent 10 minutes telling me how to arrange with the office for him to come back for another 10 minutes and fix it. I finally got in touch with the person I needed to talk to at the office and begged them to come send the guy again that week since they next time I would be available was in May. When my May appointment finally rolled around they just…. Didn’t show up. No call. Just didn’t show. They promised me the same appointment window the next day, and that they would even send me a confirmation text. Next day, no text. I called again, and again, and again, and finally the boss confirmed that…. Nope, they were standing me up again. I paid over $6000 for this “quartz” island on top of the builder allotment, it’s broken, and 10 weeks and 20 calls later I still haven’t been able to get them to fix it. Nashville has so many fabricators and I’m sure many of them are capable – please do yourself a favor and deal with any one of the other companies that will own up to it when there is a problem and not leave their customers sitting and waiting for broken appointments. Make sure you know what you're getting - I was told quartz but the finished product broke within months. Also look at the warranty - I was told by Extreme stone that there was a 1 year warranty (sounds great!) but of course if they refuse to honor any repair appointments then the warranty is pretty much useless.
