Services were all performed on time and even a light rain didn't stop them from showing up on 1 occasion! They completed my retaining wall in only 1 day and it looks great and was designed far more sturdy than the previous wall. The red cedar colored rubber mulch around my house looks amazing, much better than pine needles. Epperson's even cleaned up the job site up very well, almost meticulous, and hauled off all debris. Needless to say Epperson's went above and beyond with my landscaping needs and finished multiple jobs in just a couple days, but honestly I had no doubts going into the projects because of the multiple years of punctual and professional service they had already been providing. I can't recommend them enough and this review has been long over due.
Description of Work: Epperson's Lawn & Landscape has been providing me with general lawn care for over 3 years now and has always done a great job maintaining my lawn. Always there when they said they would be and always very professional! When I started on planning on selling my home, I started multiple landscaping projects including shrub maintenance, all new rubber mulch around my entire home and the biggest project was a new retaining wall, to replace an old rotten retaining wall.

Work was not in line with expectations and owner was reluctant to work with us to resolve issues. He was also very pushy to be paid immediately even though we were not satisfied with the work. At the initial estimate he said it would take two days, but then the team (plus an extra person) spent only half a day on the property. Price seemed quite high for the work done.
Description of Work: Lawn clean-up in preparation for home sale.

Response from Epperson's Lawn & Landscape, LLC.
The project actually took a day and a half start to finish plus 2 hours for dump debris off site, all with an extra crew member. Even then we quote per project, not an hourly rate. Once we completed the project we went over the job with the customers. They had zero complaints at that time. We then requested payment as per the agreement, payment is due upon completion of the work. The customer then stated that they would need to mail a check because they have someone who pays the bills for them through an online bill pay. Accepting these terms we then left the job site, still with no complaints at that time from the customer. They messaged us later that evening saying they wanted the mailbox area mulched after all. We mentioned that this was not in the initial estimate and agreement price, but to go above and beyond we then went back to the job site for the 3rd day to mulch this area. Once completed payment was still not issued to us. We followed up multiple times for the next couple weeks and then finally received payment. We performed everything, and then some, that the detailed estimate outlined. We would have liked the customer to have been upfront about any concerns they might have had during this process, including the payment process, (as through the internet is the first time hearing about any complaints) including their decision to not pay upon project completion. We even altered company policy and customer agreement terms, to extend the payment acceptance timeline to work with them.
