Description of Work: Nick connected the water line to a new refrigerator. He purchased the proper connecting line that went from the copper tubing into the refrigerator and installed the water filter. He checked to make sure the water worked and drained the required amount of water from the water filter.

+ -1 moreNick returned my call promptly and scheduled a time and arrived at the agreed time. He got to work promptly and finished about 4 hours later. He gave us an accurate estimate of price and time for the job. He spent about 2 hours per unit and did the most complete seasonal maintenance I have ever had. I have had my unit "serviced" twice a year by one of those large name brand companies since I had it installed and will never go back to having a "service contract." I work for a home warranty company and I have seen so many (easily avoidable) issues that come about because of lack of maintenance (which is not covered by the warranty). Nick is worth his weight in gold!
Description of Work: Nick performed a thorough seasonal maintenance tune up on 2 HVAC systems. He thoroughly cleaned the inside and outside of the units. The service he provides included the following: cleaned the outside coils; vacuumed the outside cabinet; inspected contacts for proper working condition; tested capacitor for proper resistance; tightened all connectors; tied up all loose wires while checking the insulation for potential shorts; oiled the fan motors; inspected the valve stem plunger; inspected the electrical box and tightened connections; inside the home, he cleaned the air handler and all of the functioning parts.
