Description of Work: They did a great job. I had a very good experience. I got a great deal, and they did a great install. They have followed-up with me to make sure I am still satisfied. The installer Victor did an excellent job and made sure everything was perfect.

Description of Work: Way over priced. At 70% odd it still costs us $1,900 just for two rooms. Not to mention the "professional" installers that were nothing of the sort. Won't be using them again. Big rip off.

Description of Work: Empire Carpet removed the old carpet and padding in our home, and installed new carpet and padding in its place. The company installs the new carpet by rolling it out, and then fitting the carpet over the nails to hold it in place.

+ 0 moreThe thing I was the most amazed about is how quickly the carpet was installed. Empire Carpet completed the entire job from start to finish in two days. I went to work with old carpet in my house and came home to new carpet.
Description of Work: Empire Carpet ripped up our old carpeting and carted it off. They then installed new carpeting.

+ 0 moreThe man came and we ordered, what we were going to get. The day Empire was supposed to install, they told us they didn't have the wood laminate and they didn't even have it, so we had to wait a couple days for it.
Description of Work: We had carpeting put in a family room and wood laminate put in the kitchen, laundry room and walk-in pantry.
