The person I dealt with was an absolute sweetheart. He showed me how to get in the truck, and to operate in. He advised me to rent during the week to save money on the cost. He saved me about $60. He made a nightmare better. He took time with me to explain my options. I had no problems with the equipment. I would go out of my way to use them again if needed.

It went much better than my last experience with U-Haul, which resulted in a conversation with the U-Haul Regional Director (long story). This time around it was great. Easy to reserve the truck online, and it was ready and waiting with all the additions (dolley and pads) when we arrived to pick it up a little before our reservation time. The morning staff were friendly, knowledgable, and efficient. We were in and out in less than 10 minutes. Returning in the afternoon wasn't as easy as picking up in the morning. There was a long line - we waited almost 20 minutes - even though there three agents. No one apologized for the long wait, but check-out was quick and efficient once we got to the counter.
