I cannot say enough good about these guys George & Reggie ..I was shocked when i came home & saw my wifes Honda ..I swear it looked brand new ..they had there hands full because there were ALOT of small scratched & the carpets were very dirty ..They returned it to brand new condition ..they guys are absolutley the best ...They are worth every dime i paid them & were very friendly & professional ...Give them a call , you will not regret it !!!

I purchased a detail for my SUV. I have an Infiniti EX. I kept calling and calling to make an appointment - finally heard back weeks later and scheduled the appointment. The scheduler said they would call and give a time window but I heard nothing all day - I called at 12pm -and several more times. I was told a "technician" would call shortly. 4 hours later - finally heard back. They showed up and expected extra money for everything. Dog hair was extra fee. Bugs on the bumper were extra fee. Shampoo of carpets included fee for "spot cleaning" a small coffee stain. The entire detail took less than 2 hours to complete. The last time I took my car to a hand wash place it took 1 hour just for the wash/dry. The team wasn't professional - and expected/begged for tips. I tried to call the company during the detail to discuss the issues and no one answered. I left a message, and haven't received a call back. I would not recommend this company! This is what I purchased: The Elite Detail includes a hand wash and chamois dry, hand wax, bug and tar removal, cleaning of tires and rims, tire shine, wipe-down of doorjambs, chrome polish, shampoo for cloth seats and door panels, dash and interior vinyl cleaning, treatment of leather seats, interior vacuum, cleaning of windows and mirrors, and shampoo for carpets and floor mat.

The car was a mess. They left dirt in the car and smear marks from using dirty rags. There was still bug juice on the grill. The came out to my house and he had his children vacuuming the car. I contacted someone in the company and she asked me to send pictures. I sent them and she said she didn't receive them the first time. I resent them and didn't hear back so I emailed again and haven't had a response. The work was awful and they never actually tried to help or compensate me.

Everything went very well. Before, the car looked very bad, when they were done it looked like it had just come out of a showroom. I was extremely satisfied.

This was our dog van and they got it clean so they did a good job. But they were very unprofessional and practically begging for tips.

They did a wonderful job. The engine looks clean, the car is clean. They used some kind of a clay mixture to take out some scratches. They waxed and polished it, and it hasn't looked this good since I drove it off of the show room floor--it really looks sharp.
