The experience was great. When they first came in, they installed the fence; so the top was totally even, which meant some parts of bottom came off the ground up to 6 inches. It was not good because the whole reason we got the fence, so our dog can stay in. We have a small dog, so he would be able to get out from under the fence. We told them our concerns, and they fixed the fence next day. The job turned out great. We loved it, and it is beautiful. They should have done the thing with the fence initially, and there are a couple of spots that I would still lower. They were great to deal with. If things would have been flawless from top to bottom, I would have grade them A. The price was average.

I'm very happy with the quality of the work and the materials. They were very professional and were right on budget, even when they saw they should have charged a lot more for the demo work. They were every quick in responding to any issues/questions.

They had estimated for a security gate for the drive way for about $12418. They were very professional. The price was a bit high. I probably will not use them again in the future.

I saw their pics online and stopped at a neighbor's house who used them. Their workmanship is immaculate. They seem to use the best supplies/materials and it looks really high-end. The jobs are estimated by linear feet of fencing and number/types of gates. Elite only makes fancy metal gates, not wooden ones. Therefore, their prices are considerably higher. They also charge more per linear foot for the fencing than anyone else I called. Overall, these guys are not in my price range, but that is not to say they are over-charging. They just provide a premium upscale product and I was looking for a budget fence.

This is the second time I have used Elite and it has been a pleasure again. We had just purchased a new house and needed this chain link to finish off the rear of the lot to keep my dog in the yard. Elite laid the posts the day after I closed (a Friday) and returned on the Monday to pull the fence. The workmanship is excellent and the crew was polite. They even adjusted the gate leading into my back yard on pre-existing fence with no charge.

Out of the 5 other contractors that we tried to get quotes from, these were the only ones that actually came to look at the job! Everyone else just quoted by the foot. In the end, the workmanship was great, and the final price was actually lower that quote by $400!

Lacked professionalism. Didn't want to bother with the job because they would not make any money on it. They strung me along, insulted me threw the whole process, did not follow through on anything. Don't bother calling them if you have a so-called "small job." Tennessee contractors sucks for customer service. They have no idea what it is.
