I was surprised at how quickly they responded to my request. I had same day service even though not was not an emergency. Bill was here when he said he would be and had to make an extra trip to Lowes to get a piece to complete the job. I will recommend him to my neighbors if they ever need assistance with electrical issues.

Didn't write down appointment time. missed the appointment and didn't call to say he count make it. Late to the next appointment. Tries to add on new costs to the project. Not the best customer service.

I would highly recommend Bill (with Electric Bill's, Inc.) for any of your electrical needs!! Prompt, on-time service...he explained what needed to be done and then fixed the problem immediately...
