Description of Work: Eagle performed diagnostic on my non-functioning printer. When the printer was determined to require a costly repair to be functional, the owner alerted me that the cost of the repair would be close to the cost of a new printer, which I appreciated. He also gave me valuable information about what to look for in a new printer to avoid costly repairs in the future. He would not accept any payment for the diagnostics. All in all, very professional and courteous.

+ 0 moreI prefer to do business with small businesses, instead of big corporations. He was very polite and helpful. We haggled a little bit. I have bought 2 Dell's from him. I've never had a problem with either of them. I would recommend him.
Description of Work: We needed some computer service. I bought a desktop computer, and I was very satisfied. It was a trade in or rebuild, but I didn't mind because he guaranteed it. I took it in a few months ago for a tune up. We had memory added and RAM added. We also did a sweep on the hard drive.
