+ -1 moreEstimate was high to begin with. The second time he came to re-do the estimate, as the shutters would not be included now, he stared for a while at areas that he thought would be difficult to paint. Other painters did not have a problem with it. He did testing to try to make the job seem much more difficult. Then, he raised the price by $1,000.00 by e-mail. Absurd. I thought the price was going down due to the reduced tasks. I realized then that he came over to find ways to increase the estimate. He's not good at answering written questions (but very few painters are good at answering questions). I did not like his coming out, wasting my time, when the job was reduced, but for his purpose of increasing the estimate.
Description of Work: Keesee came out twice about the estimate for exterior painting.
