Description of Work: I called and Don answered the phone. He gave me some advice and agreed to meet me at a property that I was going to buy. The seller and I were unable to come to terms so Don didn't do any work for me but he's on my list as the first person to call if my next purchase goes through.

 + -1 moreDon came out to give an estimate and I felt like he was to busy wanting us to call his friend an architect than anything he was our third estimate and first person that could not come up with plans on his own. He also told us we would have to get a survey and that too was not the case. His estimate came back with no itemization of what it included. We just didn't feel comfortable with the way the estimate went and we went with a different company. Don was a super nice guy and even though we don't know what his estimate included he was close as our project is now done and we came in just under 97,000.00 however his estimate did NOT include his request for an architect or survey and we needed neither.
Description of Work: We had him come out to give an estimate on a new addition and gutting the kitchen.

 + -1 moreDon Mahone Construction Service my experience was excellent. Personal integrity of the builder, open communication with the builder, the quality of materials used. The building expertisee, those are some of the things that I would rate high.
