 + -1 moreProfessional arrived on time. Seems that thet could have made some modifications.
Description of Work: Trees grew & they were unable/refused to move dish. Now we have to return equipment with additional costs.

 + -1 moreInstallation guys were fine. Customer Service is among worst I have ever encountered. Hard to deal with. Promised things they could not offer later. (internet service) There are way too many junk channels. I don't want a shopping mall in my den. Dozens of channels that are basic 24 hour a day infomercials for hair plugs, kitchen products, skin care regimens, jewelry, etc. Hard to navigate their format. Totally displeased and after over a year had to pay $240 termination fee just to get rid of them. I would not use them again if their service was free.
