+ -1 moreThey really did a great job. They were very knowledgeable, efficient and prompt. They were very easy to get in touch with and it was easy to schedule an appointment. They were on time and the communication was good. They called before they arrived. They worked on our behalf to make sure the part was covered by the manufacturer and they worked to get the price down.
Description of Work: We used Dillingham & Smith Mechanical to diagnose a bad control board for an air conditioning unit. It was part of a warranty repair for a part. They replaced the board that they had previously replaced 2 months prior so it was still under warranty.
