He took time answering our many questions and accommodated our tight time schedule. Jeremy was also excellent. The two technicians, Eric and Tyler, were extremely competent, respectful and pleasant. The complicated system was installed thoroughly and efficiently given the short time window in which to complete the work. When there was a need for an adjustment to the system, given the complexities in such an installation, Tim was readily accessible and responsive, and the techs returned to make the adjustments in a day given our limited time frame. The work is superb. It is not just the quality but also the enthusiastic manner in which the work was done. Tim and his team are so genuine. They are conscientious and committed to do each job with excellence. We immediately felt comfortable with Tim and knew we made the right choice. Great customer service. Very professional install and the tech, Eric, made sure I was comfortable with the system before he left. They did an awesome job start to finish. I would have no problem recommending this company to anyone needing a security system. They helped me decide exactly what I needed and then promptly provided it. What more could I ask for??

My wife and I recently purchased a new home in Hendersonville. It was providence that our salesperson Nichole showed up at the door after I was discussing ADT vs Comcast earlier that day for our security needs. Nichole was very professional and personable, and she thoroughly went over the advantages of an ADT system vs the competitors. (She also gave us some tips regarding the local area which turned out to be great!). Two days later, our installer Eric showed up, and the great service continued. He was respectful, courteous, and demonstrated great care while installing the system. Overall, I would so far rate this company "5 stars" and have nothing but compliments for both Nichole and Eric!

Tim and his team were outstanding. We had a break-in, and were searching for a security system. Tim was excellent to work with, and his team were wonderful in getting the system up and running on a Friday afternoon. They were concerned and wanted to make sure we felt safe in our home. They worked late into the evening to make sure the system was set up. Tim did not do a hard sell/pushy presentation as some of the other companies did. ADT has been around for many years, and Tim and his company provide the best service out there!
