+ -1 moreIt didn't go at all - I never received a response, asking them for the possibility of getting a quote for some custom built in bookcases I wanted installed.
Description of Work: I contacted this provider by sending them an email from THEIR website. They never responded. If this is the kind of care and attention they give to new customers, they won't be in business very long.

+ -1 moreingiWork was absolutely meticulious and on time. The owner was wonderful to work with and his workman were pleasant, on time and polite. We are very satisfied. The quality and price were outstanding.
Description of Work: Company built and installed custom bookcase and cabinets.

+ -1 moreWhen we contacted them to go ahead with the siding order they responded "no, we're too busy, we're not interested." Flat refusal, no accommodation, and no interest in our business.
Description of Work: We have used this company before with good results. We recommended that our General Contractor contact them for custom milled siding. They provided us a quote in February for the siding, our was project pushed back 2 months.
