+ -1 moreThis company uses the fact tha they offer a 10 year as a major sales point and then when you make a warranty claim, they inform you that your warranty isn't valid because of the type of water you have which they test before you purchase. They know that they are selling you a system that won't have a warranty but they don't tell you that. It's unethical and dishonest. Go with someone else.

+ -1 moreCulligan does a good job in maintaining our water purification system. Since we got our Culligan system, some seven or eight years ago, we have noticed a definite improvement in the quality of our water. They treat us very well as customers.
Description of Work: We have a water purifier on our kitchen sink. Culligan came to clean it and perform general maintenance.
