Cory Willms - Summit Property Management

I was looking for property management and wanted to get away from the company I've been using for years. Summit Nashville's website looked pretty good, but I couldn't get a phone call returned. I left numerous messages. On Cory Willms' voicemail he actually says he responds more quickly to email. So, I wrote him and asked him to call. He wrote back and said he'd call at a specific time, but he never did. When I called his office to speak with him I was told he was in a meeting. If it's THAT hard to give my business to him, how hard will it be to actually get his company to do what it's suppose to do??!! I guess any monkey could have a nice website, but it doesn't mean a thing about the business. I wouldn't trust this company to walk my dog.

My house was struck by lightening and I was looking for a house to rent. I called on Saturday to inquire about a house on the website and was told that they didn't work on weekends and to fill out an application on their website. They require a $75 application fee for a married couple and a copy of your last year's tax return if self employed. I called on Monday to ask about availability of a house, got a voice mail saying I would receive a return call at their convenience, but never got a call back. If they are this responsive before the sale, imagine trying to get them to fix a broken toilet!
