Computer House

ABSOLUTE SCAMMERS!! Bogus and shady operation. They take your money and don’t provide the service provided. Stay far, far away! Charged twice as much as the broken computer was even worth and received an inferior product.

Wanting to give business to a fellow local business, I went to Computer House to have a custom desktop put together. I specified that I wanted to use 3 or more monitors. Not only took it a while for them to build the computer, after I took it home and tested it, the Video card only supports 2 monitors. Upon complaint, I was told that I needed an adapter, which I was not told when I picked up the machine. I tried several adapters myself then and have to come to the conclusion that Larry, the owner seems to have no idea what he is talking about and just won't admit that he put an inappropriate video card that cost $60 into the computer instead of a $120 video card that would be capable to do the job or missed to deliver an elusive adapter that I have come to believe does not exist. After several months now, and giving the benefit of the doubt, as we are all busy and make mistakes, I have run out of patience and will just buy the appropriate video card myself and put it in. I certainly will never use this store again for anything.

Completed the work but the HP computer required a date for reissue of hardware/computer that I had to order and reload myself. Their loaded their services provider operating system but then I needed to reload the operating system again and lost more data. The services were performed timely.

EXCELLENT so far!

I would highly recommend those individuals at that company to anyone. I have used them several times. The both men who do repairs at the shop there are very courteous, knowledgeable and lot of times they don't even ask for payments. They just fix it and I'm off the door. They are very respectful. They pass along needed advice. They helped me learn things that I can do by myself. They teach me and their price is very reasonable.
