I contacted Len in February and we communicated by phone and email. We made an appt. for him to review with me in person what was needed, and to provide a quote. Len took measurements, appraised the carpet condition and we discussed in detail exactly how he would approach the cleaning of my carpets. Len knows carpets and cleaning; I couldn't believe what he showed me using his specialized equipment. I didn't have a clue why the edges of my carpets seemed to attract those dark lines. Believe me - Len gave me a lesson in "carpet filtration". Len is professional, personable and precise and I mean precise. You will know at the end of your meeting a good deal more about carpets, and how to maintain them in good condition than you did prior to meeting Len. Len arrived on time on the day of cleaning. He protected the adjacent flooring by laying coverings. A good deal of equipment was brought into the house, but with a minimum of fuss. And he protected everything that might have been affected by the carpet cleaning. When Len left, my home smelled wonderful and fresh, like the outside and the carpets look new after 5 years of wear; the difference is very noticeable. The carpet is really clean and I got more than what I paid for when I hired Len.

Wow! This was the second half of a job involving heavily pet-soiled carpet. I had tried to spot clean over time and it just never looked clean. I thought Mr. Creech couldn't out-do himself from his last visit (to do the downstairs carpets), but he made the heavily-soiled, ten-year old upstairs carpets look like new! Mr. Creech does meticulous work--moving all portable objects off the floor before cleaning to get the largest area cleaned possible. He also closely consulted with me about the job before beginning so there were no surprises, and was in contact with me to make sure I was happy afterwards. I will make a point of using Mr. Creech's business on a regular basis to keep my carpets looking like they do today. It was worth every penny!

Len, the owner, was prompt, courteous and professional in our dealings with him. Bottom line, he did what exactly what he promised. After he was through, our carpets were spotless and looked better than they had ever looked! The end result was well worth the cost we paid for the service. We will continue to use his company should our daughter (or our pets) have any more accidents in our cars or in our home. He did a fabulous job.

If you are particular about cleanliness, then Len Creech is the contractor you want. He is very serious about what he does, and does a thorough and complete job. He's not finished until you are completely satisfied. Mr. Creech is also enthusiastic about educating you on how to keep your carpet clean between professional cleanings. I have used him twice in the past year and recommend him without reservation.

We inquired to get an estimate on the cleaning of a sofa in our living room. I mentioned we had an "insurance" policy purchased from where we bought the sofa. Len reviewed the policy and walked us through how to contact that company and the questions to ask. The other vendor cleaned the sofa but Len came back to the house to inspect their work to ensure we received quality service. Although we did not have our sofa cleaned by Complete Carpet, Len was very knowledgeable about fabrics and answered questions on what would be the best carpet material to purchase given we have cats and dogs.

We used Len to clean the carpets in the entire house before we bought it and he did an excellent jobs. I've never met a carpet cleaning professional who take more pride in his/her work. Len is the consummate professional. He came to the house to provide a quote and discuss the work (even though this was only a small job) and stuck to his quote. He completely removed several stains from our cats which we could not get out. He applied a sealant which will hopefully make it resistant to stains in the future. We'll have to see how that goes. Once again, I am completely satisfied with Len and Complete Carpet Care.

Len picked up the rugs, stored them for part of the time of house restoration, and delivered them when requested. They look brand new, and better than pre flood.

Overall it went fantastic. The worker involved was very professional, he really knows what he is doing. He goes above and beyond to make my carpet look and feel great.

Len did a great job. The carpet looked brand new when he was finished. The original installation job (by another company) was poor, and the pocket had ridges in several areas. These were gone when Len was finished. It has been almost 8 months since the job was finished, and the carpet is still stretched tight and looks good. Len was very conscientious and communicated with us throughout the process to make sure that we were happy with the results. The job took a little longer and cost a little more than expected, but the results were excellent.

Len was highly recommended by our real estate agent. He came to the house to prepare a detailed itemized free estimate. He was extremely informative. I can't imaging that anyone else could be as knowledgeable or as passionate about cleaning carpets. He arrived on time and called me with any questions. We had just had window dressings exchanged and the old ones were laying on the floor. He offered to remove them for us and donate them to a local charity which was helpful for us and had the added benefit of helping others. He also changed the air filters for us as he did now want excess dust in the air to affect the carpet cleaning. The carpets looks brand new after the cleaning ... just beautiful. I certainly will use him again for any carpet or floor cleaning needs and highly recommend Len to others!
