+ -1 moreI was surprised that Comp USA charges one basic rate of a hundred and twenty five bucks to repair any computer problem. Some people then make out better than others I guess. They are pleasant, but I do think they could lower their prices just a little maybe.
Description of Work: Comp USA repaired my laptop. It was having a variety of problems that I can not specifically remember at this time. They did diagnose the problem and fix it though.

+ -1 moreI'd give them high grades in all categories. They were quick and efficient. They were also very professional and courteous. We had questions and they had well-researched and knowledgeable answers. I don't think they charged us much either.
Description of Work: We took our computer in to Comp USA and they diagnosed the problem we were having with it. They said we had a bad video card.

+ -1 moreWe brought our computer in to Comp USA to repair it. The repair lasted about five minutes and it broke again. We took it back in and they charged us again to repair it. They put in a new part and charged us for the labor again, but not the part.
Description of Work: My computer was not working properly. Comp USA was unable to take care of the problem.
