I absolutely love them! They are reliable and professional. They’re usually able to schedule an appointment within a day or two of me calling. I’ll no doubt continue to use their service for years to come.

Some appointments go better than others. I think it really depends on the technician. Therefore, the quality of work isn’t as consistent as I would like.

They are excellent. The charge usually depends upon what all needs to be done. The first time I had them, I had them do the carpets and the furniture’s. The furniture’s were not cleaned enough for my likings, so they came back within the week and they cleaned them and took care of it. They also used the spot repellant and the odorizer and I paid extra for that but it was well worth it. Then I had to use them for an emergency visit for carpeting for my father. They came out within couple of hours. The person they sent out was professional, respectful, trust worthy and I can’t say enough good things about them. I also had to call the 800 number for emergency and they called me within the hour and they had them out within two. I have used them several times in last year.

It went fine. They clean my carpet twice a year and they do an excellent job. They are punctual and when they're done the carpet looks brand new. I have used them for years. They are a little more expensive, but they do run specials, and you get what you pay for. You can find companies that are less expensive, but you don't get the quality.

Coit just didn't get it clean. They were fine people, professional, courteous, on time, and not even a bad price. They just couldn't totally clean my piece of furniture. I would not use them in the future at all.

I can't get up on ladders and clean as much as I use to, so Coit Drapery & Carpet Cleanings were great. They arrived right on time, and worked steadily. I think the drapes look a lot better since they've been here. I'll be using Coit Drapery & Carpet Cleaning again when needed.

Coit is very good. We are happy with their services and their prices. They cleaned four rooms and a hallway for us. I usually only have to call a couple of days in advance. It takes them about an hour to do the job. They are very dependable and good at their job.
