His proficiency is illustrated by his: · Quotations are on the mark. · Estimated project timeline was accurate (There were several projects to be completed. All of which were completed on time, or ahead of time.) Delivered work was exceptional. He and his colleague are competent craftsmen. Clyde also has a creative flair. Diplomatic consulting style was constructive and accurate. He politely guided me to various project solutions. It was a pure pleasure to work with Mr. Searcy and his colleague. I plan to call upon is assistant in the further.
Description of Work: Reconstructed a open family room: Added crown molding Added base board · Designed and install a valance around double patio door that blended with the ceiling crown molding · Designed, built, finished and installed a fireplace mantel · Built from stretch, shaker cabinets to fix fireplace surround. · Installed mirrors above the shaker cabinets with glass shelves. · Painted the family room, foyer, and hall walls. Also painted the trim. · Designed electrical wiring for television above fireplace. · Installed can lights in strategic locations · Installed outdoor floods. · Corrected the fit of a pocket door. · Constructed and finished a custom media center, to match existing modern furniture.
