Poor. We were quoted an American Standard (a premium brand) attic split unit for our attic build out at $6000. They had matched a quote that another company, A&M Mechanical, had quoted us for a Train unit, another premium brand. The day they were installing, the unit was upstairs and being assembled, they advised they were putting in a Goodman unit (a budget brand) so that he could get a deal from Goodman for having installed a certain number for the year. This type of action is called bait and switch. The subcontractor we hired was not aware they were doing this until I called and complained to him. There was a lot of bad comments back and forth and I finally had to agree to pay another $1000 to get the job done on time. A year later I had to pay $500 to have it installed correctly as the AC drain was not installed correctly. I have documents and photos as the evaporator was installed backwards and draining directly into the overflow pan instead of it's designed drain. In hindsight I wish I had waiting on A&M and not been in a hurry to finish the project.

They're very good. I would highly recommend them. I've been using them for at least two and a half years. They showed up when they said that they would show up, and they put in the system within the time frame that they said they would put it in. That's basicaly what I could say was good about that experience. They could of filled the Freon enough to make the system work properly for the rest of the summer. They had enough for 15 feet of hose and I have more like 35 feet of hose, from one unit to the other unit, so I went for months not being able to cool the house properly. They finally fixed it this year when I complained again. They came out for free and put the proper amount of Freon on it. They were here within 24 hours.
Description of Work: They installed a new air conditioner unit.

I use them twice a year. Nothing really at all stands out. I have a contract with them that I sign every year. They come and do a Spring tune-up on my AC and then they come in the Fall to do a Winter tune-up on my heating. I pay $129 a year for a twice a year visit. This was on an old air conditioner. It was in and out. Unfortunately the system was so old, it didn't survive through the Summer. They could have fixed it again, but we were tired of throwing good money up for bad. After spending $900 here and $800 there I decided it was just cheaper to put in a new unit and forget about all those stupid repairs. They were fine, they call me every year to renew my contract, and to set an appointment for both Spring and Fall. I like the company. I'd use them for anything.
Description of Work: They did an AC tune-up. They came in and cleaned the coils, they lubed what they needed to fix. They did everything that they could do to make the system usable and survive through the Summer.
