The person sent met me on time and made arrangements for the repair which was done on time, punctually and the work was very done in a very satisfactory manner.

Called to set up an appointment. Had to leave a message. Took almost 24 hours to return my call. Expressed my concern about how long it took to respond. Was told it was a mistake and they normally respond almost immediately. Decided to go forward and was told someone would contact me by no later than Monday or Tuesday to set an appointment. Today is Saturday and still no call.

We received a prompt response and visit from Kevin for our estimate. He was courteous and knowledgable about the remodel we wanted done. The actual work was done by Nathan who did an outstanding job. We love our new bathroom. We absolutely recommend using this company.

They called me ahead time even though they were running a bit late. They came out earlier than scheduled, but they called before coming. They were punctual and very professional. They were very much willing to answer questions and they did in fact come out here this month because I had a few questions, so they came out again and did a revised estimate and they answered my questions for some additional things that I thought of. They were very responsive and I will probably use them for the job, because I did like the fact that they immediately spoke about the permits and they didn’t discount that those things were going to happen. I appreciate that they didn’t let me think that those things were not going to happen, just to save me money and they were up front about what needed to be done, so I liked them.

He has never written anything down for what we have paid for. We have yet to see one bill for anything that we have paid for. We spoke with the manager, James Peatman. He was going to meet with the worker, Charles, to discuss the invoices about the work we have had done. My husband then had to go to the hospital, and when he got out we had still not gotten back to us. My husband tried to get ahold of the manager again, and can't get in touch with him. Our next step is to get our lawyer involved. We still have no windows, and they have not been installed. We're willing to pay for whatever they did, but they are not working with us. We have never been treated like this before. We just would like the paperwork to validate what we have paid for.

We got multiple quotes for our bathroom renovation but ultimately decided to go with Classic Handyman based on price, the suggestions they offered during the quoting process, and the speed at which they said they could start. We had a quality team assigned to our project that was pretty much the team we worked with throughout the entire process. Very responsive to any calls or questions - we had great communication. We had done our own design plans and the contractors worked with us to make sure everything was to our spec, but also brought to our attention and resolve any potential pitfalls with our plans. Really quality work, and when a few things popped up that we weren't happy with, they resolved them quickly and without extra charge. Overall a great experience; we've since had them back to tackle a few other projects.

They were very helpful. They were knowledgeable and on time.

There was one gutter that I discovered much later, but it was filled with leaves. I will only use them if I find another coupon.

He was here when he said he would be and he was very cordial. The entire job took about 10 minutes to tighten the faucets. I consider this job expensive when you consider we had the coupon deducted from our bill and we still paid $90.

New kitchen garbage disposal where none previously.

Classic Handyman remodeled my bathroom. Because the walls had so much damage (wall paper and other nail damage) it was decided to demolish the whole bathroom down to the studs. They replaced old sheetrock with moisture resistant sheetrock. They replaced my fiber bathtub with a beautiful tile shower and tiled the floor. I had several custom details that I wanted and project manager, Kevin Lemon, was so helpful and even had some great ideas of his own. We had to have a plumber to move water pipes from one end of the shower to the other and an electrician to add wiring for an alternate source of heat and replace vent fans and add a light to the shower, which was his suggestion. They insalled all new fixtures and added a new linen closet. We went from America's Ugliest Bathroom to a bathroom that looks like it could be in a magazine. They removed all the old roofing and replaced it with architectural shingles. After they replaced the shingles they added a new ridge vent and gutters with downspouts. In the bedroom we had the old popcorn ceiling covered it with new sheetrock and they finished and painted it. All of the work was done really well and very efficiently. I cannot relay what a great job they did. I am so pleased that I have recommended them to everyone I know. Also, we had numerous workers in house and all were so nice and respectful. All the workers were employees of Classic Handyman. I couldn't ask for a more positive experience.

The serviceman came out to our house within the hour after our initial phone call. He was very nice and talked with us for quite some time to show us the different options we had for placement of our electrical receptacles. He ended up spending more time than he thought it would take to do the job, but didn't charge us above his highest quote. It was a fairly pricey install, but he also went above and beyond, answering a few questions that were completely unrelated to the job we hired him for. We would highly recommend.

I like the way they finished the ceiling. It was nice looking. They didn't cover the floor. There was splashes of paint. They made scratches on the wall with their equipment.

They did a good job. They gave me a quote and came in. They fixed the problem with the price that they said they would and it was quick. They left the place clean. Their price was reasonable but it was little bit on a pricier side but they did the job right so that’s okay about them.

It turned out my gutters didn't need much cleaning, so Charles offered to replace the light bulbs in all my outdoor flood lights (2nd story) for no extra charge. I didn't have bulbs, so he offered to come by another time after I bought some, which he did.

I have been very satisfied with the work. Jim is very professional and is a great worker. His crew is clean and professional. His work is not low quality so his price is a little higher, but you get what you pay for. His follow up is excellent and prompt. I once had a problem and they came out quick to help remedy the issue.

Jim answered my email to schedule service promptly and would have even scheduled an earlier date if I hadn't wanted to be home to discuss some other potential projects. Charles performed the service for me. He was on time and very friendly. He cleared all the gutters and downspouts. He also sealed a few holes in my gutters that had been there since I purchased the house (didn't charge extra for this). When he was finished, we went over a few outside projects I was considering. He is going to get some estimates back to me which will help me decide if I want to do them or not. I was pleased and would certainly consider using Classic Handyman in the future.

They were great. I really enjoyed them and appreciated their assistance. What I appreciated most was that he gave me the option of him coming back and charging me another fee or gives me directions on how to finish it up after the first day. He also fixed another item that I did not request; it was the Jacuzzi tub. He was able to tell me what was wrong and how to work around it.

They seemed to have done a good job. Their suggestions were helpful. I was generally pleased with what they did. The only thing I was not pleased is with is that I spoke to the gentleman coming and was going to have him do some other work. He ended up not doing the other work I had requested.

My wife was very satisfied with their work and is interested in having them back out.

They are so easy to do business with. He did a beautiful job on everything he did. This is the second time that we have used him. The one who came today was different from the one they sent before. We just liked him so much and we will definitely use him again. He is just so accommodating. When he came over here to do what we originally had asked them for, I kept thinking of other things and he was very patient. Like today, when he hung the mirror the first time I didn’t like it. It wasn’t high enough which, was not his fault. He redid it. He is just very easy to deal with and work with.
