Ryan was very punctual, professional, and skilled. He completed a thorough inspection, cleaning, and repair. He provided much needed education about the chimney and warned about the clearance around the mantle.
Description of Work: Chimney and duct work cleaning. They replaced the bolts around the chimney and added a bird cage to dryer duct exhaust.

I have done business with this company for 19 years. They have done chimney repair, cleaning, and dryer vent cleaning for me. They are always on time, efficient, clean up after themselves and the price is right. Description of Work: They first did an inspection and service of the fire place. Their price was higher for that and you won't find them on a Groupon. They gave an estimate for some work that needed to be done and guaranteed the price. It was about $350 less than the quote from the Groupon company. They did the work and we were very pleased. It is a small family company so you see the same person instead of a new one coming every time. I like that. I will definitely use them again.

I called around to a few companies to get an estimate on some repair work to my chimney that I was told I needed. The man who answered the phone didn't ask much, he just said and quot;we're really just too busy to fit you in. By bye now.and quot; I'm not in a rush to have the work done and was merely calling to see when an appointment could be made to come take a look but quite honestly the guy was just a jerk. I'll happily take my business elsewhere.
