Description of Work: The came and bid the job for a price less than others had bid. They scheduling and completion of the job was satisfactory. However, I had an issue with a gutter which was not attached well and was leaking. I also had decided to get a price on covering steps which I didn't want at first but decided on after the first rain. I called them and sent a followup email with a video of the leak. I never heard anything back.

Description of Work: I contacted Champion to get an estimate on building us a sunroom and deck. They made us an immediate appointment for a free estimate. Mr. Stephen Dewey arrived at our home promptly. He was well-prepared, very knowledgeable and completely honest in explaining what his company offered and assessing our needs/wants. He was very attentive and listened to our vision of the type of sun room and deck we wanted. He provided a complete and honest assessment, we felt, based on what his company offered as opposed to what we wanted. While Champion's designer sunrooms are made exclusively of glass, this was not our vision. Mr. Dewey was very professional and provided some recommendations that would make our deck and sunroom more cost effective. While we did not get our job done through Champion, I would recommend them to anyone because of the quality of their great customer service they provided as well as the quality and great warrantee of their product. Description of Work: We did not buy the product. The gentleman was very nice, but his product, thought it may be the best on the market, is extremely high. My wife and I would have waited 15 years for payback. Since we are both in our 70's, we likely would never have seen payback.
