Description of Work: I called Carlos to rekey two locks at a condo. The locks needed to be replaced (very old) and he went to Home Depot for me to get the right type. He was gracious even though my job took extra unexpected time and gave me a great price. Great job.

Description of Work: At 8:00 pm, the lock to my garage froze closed and I couldn't get it to open. Carlos took out the old frozen lock and replaced it with a new one. |He was neat and did an excellent job.

Description of Work: Carlos arrived at my house a little after 9am for an appointment window of 9am - 10am. He worked with me to meet my needs and was able to utilize the locks in place at my house. Re-keyed 4 locks, made new keys, and replaced a faulty deadbolt on the back door. Overall he was efficient and polite. I would absolutely use him again.
