C&M MOVING and Delivery

I had C and M Moving move a few pieces of furniture from Franklin to Brentwood and they did a fantastic job. One of the pieces was a large and very heavy armoire (probably over 300 lbs)and they took great care in loading and unloading it from the truck and setting it up in our home. The entire crew was very friendly, professional and did not waste any time getting the job done. Also, I realized after they left, that a piece that needed to go under the armoire wasn't situated properly. I called them back and they were quick to set up another time at no charge to come back by and help me re-position the furniture. Can't beat that for great service. Their estimate was accurate and I wasn't charged any hidden,extra or surprise fees like other companies have tried to do with me in the past. I was very pleased with their service and highly recommend them. I'll definitely use C and M Moving again.

They were about an hour late to the storage unit which was good because I was over hour late myself. Called to tell me they were running behind and I told them not to rush because I was also behind. They were one of the few companies that would do a night appointment and we started around 6:30 pm on a Tuesday. They work very hard and quickly to loan as much stuff as possible into their truck. By the time we got to my house it was already 9:30 and we decided that they would only do one load. They unloaded the truck and put items in the proper rooms but I did not want them to unpack because of time. They were very care not to scratch the walls or floors when bringing the furniture into the house. Overall, I was very satisfied with the service and would hire them again. For the money and flexibility a very good service.

This is a great company. It is a small family owned, but everyone pulls their weight. The employees are very honest and also very kind and courteous. Your personal items are safe with them. They handle with care. They work HARD. They do not stand around on breaks wondering what to do,you just tell them, they do it. I have been very happy and pleased with the service I have received. I have used them on several occasions and I have every intention of re-hiring them when my next project arises. Give them a chance, I believe you will be as satisfied as I was.
