+ -1 moreEric did the inspection on 2 days notice. He showed up in the pouring rain and thoroughly inspected the house inside and out. The next day he emailed me the report!! It was very detailed and color coded to show the severity of the problems in the house (red- things that COULD NOT be overlooked). He then walked me through the report telling me the meaning and technical terms for everything within, hence I know nothing about contract work, codes, etc. I then forwarded the inspection on to the seller and had major items fixed. There was no access to the attic space, so he could not adequately inspect. The seller fixed several issues and added attic access and Eric returned and re-inspected. I received the re-inspection report THAT SAME NIGHT!! I can't say enough how great this experience was and how much it eased my mind on the condition of the house.
Description of Work: Thorough home inspection with very detailed report that contained pictures with comments and suggestions on how to remedy problems.
