Mr. Smith showed up when he said he would and had it done in under 3 hours. I don't know what more you'd ask for. While this was my wife's M3, I plan on having him do my crew cab dually and our Excursion next.

I found them on Angie's List and the service was excellent; my car was spotless.

I called him in the morning, he was easy to talk to and set an appointment for me at 1:30. He arrived on time at my office and he reviewed everything he would be doing before I left my vehicle with him. I had a pretty rough job for him to do (vomit clean up, yay flu season), and he took that car from a "hot mess" to looking very good, which was really kind of a minor miracle. There was a slight residual odor from the vomit that was basically not possible to get out in one step, but he did give me some good tips regarding buying an odor neutralizer that seems to already be doing the trick. Overall I was very impressed with every aspect of his service and would absolutely call him again with any detailing needs.

Very pleased. Had a White 2003 Ford Escape that needed cleaned inside and out. Got kids, so typical stains. He got them all pretty much out. Obviously some just not possible to get out...but didn't expect them to come out... Wasn't the end of the world. Took his time which is great versus the typical car wash places with random people doing things as fast as possible like less than 5 min. He took as long as he needed to do a great job. Got the ultimate service with engine clean/shine. When done didnt put any funky smell in car like some do. Charles was very intelligent, knowledgable and could tell this was his passion. Coutreous, prompt, EXTREMELY hard working and professional. Once he got here...no worries! Even gave him the keys if needing to move vehicles etc. Very happy indeed. I also had a older lifted Custom silver metallic 1996 Chevy C1500 that needed cleaned inside and out after sitting in driveway for 3 years in order to sell. After he was done, it looked like it did when I bought it!.... Just wonderful job!.... Didnt choose the Ultimate service, but a lower cost wash/clean inside and out and engine clean since selling. No wax, but he got all the black mold off of the silver metallic paint job. Did all this even with a wasp nest somewhere under he truck bed. I warned him just in case even after killing a slew already.... But obviouslly some were left and ticked off. But Charles pulled it off! My only concern, and not to deter anything, was the wax process or wax/protectant utilized. He mentioned he used a wax/protectant system used for Bentley vehicles, but not quite sure the wax was up to "my" personal standards. I am used to thick high quality paste waxes that are applied, dry, then buff off and shine (not turtle wax) ...then water beads right off and slick/shiny/reflective for good month or more. I wasn't able to watch his wax method, so not sure if a quick spray wax, or cream, or thick paste was used? My guess may have been a spray wax? But i dont know...my guess. Surface seemed "ok" to me and good enough.... But didnt seem to have the super gloss shine and longevity i am used to when waxing vehicles myself. I.e. Meguires or Mothers Carnauba wax or Xymol synthetics. Again.... This shouldnt deter using Charles EXCELLENT and THOROUGH services...but you may want to clarify the "wax" expectations or check out the waxing process if picky or concerned.... Which i tend to be picky, but not to the degree of making someone miserable...so didn't question the wax process and left it at that. Don't get me wrong, it was a shiny result when done, but i guess i am just used to something shinier i guess. Overall quite happy though! If my brand new car was being waxed, i would have wanted to see the wax used as i dont think the spray waxes last more than a week and pastes seem to be best, either carnauba or sythethic...but again, i am not a detailing pro, and Charles is. Will definitly use Charles again, but next time will talk a little more about the wax. This was the wife's vehicle and she was THOUROUGHLY happy so that is what counted! I tend to be over critical...so keep that in mind! Charles is top notch all in all!

The car looks amazing and I would definately use him again. Called him on Saturday, answered the phone and set the appointment up right then for Monday morning at my place of business in Franklin. Very prompt and great service.

A great overall experience. I could not expect the truck to look new when done, but Charles did his best to get it close. It looks great!

Charles did a great job on my Honda Pilot. Kids junk it up pretty bad and he made it look nearly new again. Prompt, self sufficient, and reliable. Will be using him again and recommending him to all my friends.
