+ -1 moreInitial call to company, company rep. suggested we call an appliance repair company and said they would give our number to one. When we had not heard from the appliance repair company, we call Buchi and they sent someone out to fix the issue anyway. Excellent Customer Service. Company Representative and Plumber Rick Martinez was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. We were very pleased with the service and the price. Would not hesitate to recommend them.
Description of Work: Evacuated and repaired the line to an instant hot water heater to increase flow. Checked leak near dishwasher.

+ 1 moreI called on their 24 hour hotline to fix my water heater and they came out right away. I think the price is a little high. One worker was bad but they let him go. It is a locally owned business and are very good.
Description of Work: They fixed my leaking faucet and clogged pipes. I also had them replace the water heater.
