A young man by the name of Danny came to our home to service our A/C unit prior to the start of the heat of the summer of 2013. As I am a retiree who spent many years in the construction industry, I had already done much of the servicing myself, and was mainly interested in a pressure check. While several companies in the past did not want to agree to just this, and added the high pressure sales technique for more money, Danny took a good look at the unit, and agreed that the pressure check was the only thing needed at the time. Danny was professional, polite, knowledgeable, and just a great guy to talk with. Because of this, Bobby Reese is now our go-to company for all things HVAC related.

Bobby Reese Inc., the Reese Family, has every reason to be proud. I have had the pleasure of working with various service techs and office staff over the years, whether for myself or a client. I am partial to Danny. He is always informative, professional, clean and fun to work with! The gals at the office are patient, nice and efficient. I received amazing response to a concern I discovered this past weekend. I called Amy around 9 this morning and Danny was here by 11. System check went smoothly and we discussed options for cleaning up old duct work under the house to alleviate condensation issues. Thank you Joe and the gang!

Heat went out over the weekend (winter 2011-12) . They responded promptly to our emergency call. Part was obtained and heat was working again within two business days. They also responded to a follow-up call: we now either have to keep the fan on the whole time or order another expensive part. We are satisfied that this was not their fault - it was part of the original event where more than one circuit board blew out on an 11-year-old HVAC system. We decided to save the money that we could spend on the additional part towards the purchase of a new system, after they explained what each option would entail.

Our upstairs A/C was not cooling well so we called Reese and the technican arrived within 2 hours. Due to our unit being "frozen" we had to have a 2nd technician return this afternoon to perform the actual service. Both were courteous, proefssional and very easy to work with. Unit is recharged and we are cooling again all in the same day. The time to replace our entire heating and air system is near and Reese will get the first call.

I bought my heating and a/c unit from a friend's company, but when Reese came and looked at it, they saw many thing that were wrong and they were able to fix it for a reasonable rate. They've since come out and maintained it and I've been very pleased.

Overall, very satisfied with their service. Would use them again.

They were excellent. Everybody else said that we needed to get new units installed. They said we didn't and they came and fixed it for a couple hundred dollars. They were very professional and very good. They were very skeptical that we needed new units. They inspected everything and said they could get them functioning for me. I had a total of 4 companies come and look at them. They saved me thousands of dollars. I would absolutely use them again and would recommend them to anybody.

Excellent response time even though not an emergency, very professional, willing to answer my questions about unit and possible replacement options.When I moved into my condo 22 years ago, the heating/ac unit had been installed by Bobby Reese (their sticker was on the unit), so I called them the following year to do an annual maintenance check. I've used them once or twice every year since then for check up/cleaning/freon refill. The same unit is still working great after all these years, and I've never had to have any other repair work done on it. I believe it was a good unit, but the maintenance checks have insured that I haven't had problems or had to replace. In fact, when they checked the freon level this year, the repair guy didn't think it was going to even need to have freon added, but said he would try just to be certain. He did put in just a little (think it was 1/2 lb or so). With so many of the companies always recommending repairs or replacement to make more money, Bobby Reese Co. is honest and only performs what needs to be done. I'd say that the maintenance checks have been much cheaper than having to replace, and it's still chugging away! As a woman, I value their integrity and trust their work, and glad they don't try to oversell me because I don't understand all the mechanical stuff. I spoke with the repair man about when I might have to consider replacement, since the unit is getting old. He was VERY knowledgeable about the current options and brands, and even though I don't need to replace yet, you can be sure that Bobby Reese Co. will be the one that I use to install a new one (or make any repairs to this one, if they are ever needed). I don't know how their unit prices range in relation to other companies, but their dependability is certainly a top value. It's a family run business, not some big chain operation, which is another plus in my book. This year they offered a contract (totally optional) for two services for $139, they will call me when it's time for the next check, and I won't be changed overtime if they have to come at night or weekend, I love a good deal!!

They installed the system 20 years ago and we have used them for maintenance ever since. It has been a good experience with them all the way around. I have nothing but good things to say about them. I haven't compared them to others as far as price goes but I am always happy with their work.
