Do NOT use this company. The company goes by Franklin Bo's Moving, M'boro Bo's Moving, Nashville Bo's Moving - but it's all the same company. The team was nice enough but rushed and I wish they hadn't. All bedroom furniture had nicks or gouges in them somewhere. The walls were beat up - marks, dents, holes, etc. But the worst part is they broke a front loading washer. A custom order LG cost about $2100. They moved it at least part way with out putting the moving bolts in. They also moved it on the pedestal - which got all banged up and smashed the bottom of the washer. Then they dropped it in place and I do mean drop. it was completely out of balance and bounced violently on anything over a medium spin cycle. Had LG tech come out three times are my expense and then finally said the drive shaft had to be bent because that's the only thing that hadn't been replaced. And that would only get bent during a move. Contact Franklin Bo's - took 5 days and several message to finally reach someone. She (I think Melissa Rogers but I'm not sure she refused to identify herself) told me all claims needed to filed within 48hrs. Who does wash in 48hours after a move? We moved on the 22nd, I don't even think they were open Christmas Eve. I said that was never told and we didn't know it was broken. Plus I had an LG tech come out at my expense three times to try and fix. She said doesn't matter it wasn't they're problem - they didn't break it. and I said that's ridiculous and I was trying to just handle this in a reasonable matter and had already eaten the other costs but didn't think it was reasonable to have me foot the entire bill for a new washer that they had moved improperly. She said..... oh yeah nothing because she hung up on me! Yep - just hung up. that's customer service. I called back twice and only received an answering machine. I've never heard of a company just hanging up on someone - who does that?!? let alone being so utterly dismissive about a legitimate concern. Now we'll just go to court on it. But stay away - this is a very poorly run company with no regard for it's customers.
