+ -1 moreThe company ordered new brackets from the manufacturer of the shades and had them mailed to me. There was no charge. I was reluctant even to ask for help with a shade that was so old, but they were absolutely great!
Description of Work: This review is to applaud their customer service. I contacted the company because I needed a replacement bracket for a window shade I bought there ten years ago.

+ -1 moreI made an appointment one week in advance. When it was 30 minutes passed the appointment, I called the provider and they had to check on the appointment. They called back and said he was on his way. I had allowed 2 hours for the appointment to include measuring the windows (I have a schedule as well!) and was prepared to make a purchase. I cancelled the appointment after waiting 45 minutes.. Very unprofessional as well as disappointing. I will go with another company.

We have moved a lot and they are by far the best at measuring all types of windows, including arched, so the blinds or shutters fit tight. Very professional! Price and quality of their products is very reasonable.
Description of Work: Measured, ordered and installed various window treatments consisting of Plantation Shutters, Roman Shades and Woven Blinds.

+ -1 moreNot well at all, they didn't return messages, they made assumptions about what I wanted without asking me and their schedules were very inflexible. Every time something went wrong, they implied I had done something wrong. For instance, when I called after not hearing from them about a quote in almost 2 weeks, they claimed that they had called me but just didn't leave a message. Honestly, the customer service was really bad and I was completely prepared to spend a lot of money very quickly with them. I ended up taking my order to another company that came out to give me a full quote the day after I called them (during the evening as I needed).
Description of Work: I was very disappointed with this company. They might be fine if you can accomodate their schedule of M-F 10-4pm, but since both my husband and me work full time, it was very difficult to have them come out for an evening or Saturday appointment. In addition, they botched the quote (assuming I wanted a lesser brand of window treatments than I did without asking me) and allowed more than a week to go by without calling me to talk about the quote (which was incorrect). I ended up not using them because they were so difficult to work with.

Description of Work: Blind & Shutter Gallery installed a shutter system for my sunroom. These had to be custom made, since the windows were irregular sizes.
