In an effort to install glass tiles above my metal gas logs insert BEFORE the holidays, I allowed an inexperienced person (non tile expert) to attempt the project. But I soon realized he nor I knew what we were doing. That prompted me to call Hermitage Tile and Marble to enlist a professional to complete the job. I spoke with Shawn explaining it was a very small project that I needed completed before the holidays (in about a week). He was willing to do the job but could not get to it until AFTER the holidays due to his heavy schedule. He senced my frustation, and proceeded to walk me through what we were doing wrong and how to correct it. It became evident to me that he was an experienced tile installer that knew what he was talking about. He went on to say that, if I would come by his shop, he had the proper supplies required and that he would make the cuts to the delicate glass tiles for me. How amazing to find a caring person that demostated that ' no job is too small'. Shawn helped me avoid a messed-up tile job this time... but next time... I will call Shawn 'first' and let him do a professional looking install.
