Very smooth. The team was friendly and flexible. High communication. Definitely recommend.

I loved using Bin It! It made moving so much easier! No running around town looking for cardboard boxes and it was so convenient that they stacked flat. Love the eco factor too.
Description of Work: Dropped off and picked up stackable plastic moving bins.

Customer service is exceptional. You receive a guaranteed delivery time and pick up. They call you in advance of your delivery and next thing you know, your bins are at your door. Outside of customer service, the bins are just absolutely wonderful. They are durable, organized, and so much quicker to pack and move. Highly recommend for anyone moving. O ya, and their cheaper then cardboard and tape!
Description of Work: Delivered 15 Moving Bins and Picked them up after I was done moving!

The Bin It Bins were delivered to our home and we kept them during the time that we paid for them (3 weeks). After 3 weeks the bins were picked up. Bin It provided excellent customer service, Joe answered any and all questions that I had. Will use Bin It again if we ever move again.
Description of Work: Bin It bins made our move so much easier. We did not have to buy cardboard boxes or tape and we saved a lot of time not having to put boxes together or tear them apart.
