+ -1 moreWe moved at the absolute peak of the real estate market in Nashville in early-mid 2006, and since we were coming from out-of-state, we were at a disadvantage to not be here locally to see houses immediately when they came on the market. Beth showed us tons of houses over several months and never lost her patience, even when we lost the contract on two of them. Finally she helped us close the deal on the perfect house! She has over 20 years experience and knows the Nashville market very well. I would highly recommend her as either a buyer's or seller's agent!
