Beth made excellent suggestions based upon our desires. She listened well, attuned to our needs and shifted easily as our ideas evolved. She was responsive, timely and a great partner through the process of renovating our home.

Initially, she wasn't timely with her responses and she set the expectation upfront that it was best to correspond with her via email. So her correspondence was pretty low. I gave her more other responses. I ended up giving her some feedback so she'll get better but it was challenging in the beginning. Their quality of work is pretty good like I thought she did a good job. I didn't find what my style was. There were some other things like if I had an appointment, if they have to drive out, they would charge me their regular hourly rate for their drive out to my home. So I wasn't willing to pay $90, the same rate that I would pay her to actually be doing work and so I thought that was crazy. Although, I do understand you probably need to pay a reduced fee, but you have to pay the full $90 hourly fee, I thought was outrageous. But like I said, she was good at identifying my style and then when we did have our meetings, because she was good of identifying my style, she was pretty spot on in picking out different items for me. So I thought that part was good.

She is delightful to work with. She is very fair and very good in suggestions, in terms of design and color.

Beth Haley helped us select, for three bedrooms, 2 new headboards (one fabric and the other kiln-dried wood), six bedside tables, a bookcase, an armoire, a chest of drawers, and two benches. Plus, she helped us select 2 new bedspreads, bed linens, decorative pillows for two beds, four area rugs, and she coordinated all the fabrics and furniture finishes and hardware so that everything worked. Her prices were reasonable and her staff was responsive. She was willing to work with items we already had and she and the people she works with were dependable and easy to work with. We are very happy with the results and expect to enjoy the surroundings she created for a very long time.

Ms. Haley's was superb!! Her initial consultation detailed the extent of her knowledge and services, plus expected expenses - no surprises. She spent necessary time to know our needs and focus; her design was detailed making construction process much easier; she (and her staff) was always professional and accessible, plus she was delightful.

She is very easy to work with while still guiding you to make excelling choices. She is low key and helpful, flexible and willing to look at various price points, and she has fabulous taste. She is also willing to send options by e-mail attachment (photos) when appropriate. Very efficient and reasonable, as well as invaluable judgment.
