DO NOT USE. Vents looked dirtier after they were ''cleaned''!!! I used a coupon from Clipper magazine for air duct cleaning for $69 for 8 vents, and paid for additional vents. The ''technician'' at the house spent at least one half hour looking at the vents prior to cleaning and trying to sell me an additional $500 worth of sanitation, dust mite protection, etc. Which may be worth the cost, but I did not want them and it took too long for him to accept ''No'' for an answer. Then he called his supervisor and performed another sales pitch with him on speaker phone, thus another 5 minutes until they agreed to just to do the cleaning. After the cleaning was done - the inside of the vents were clean (what I could see) - but the outside of the vents were COVERED with black smudges as well as the walls surrounding the vents. He left dirty footprints all over the house. The smudges were hard to get off and extremely irritating because they required a ladder to remove.

This company was running a coupon for $69 duct cleaning. Be aware that the company representative will sit you down and try to sell you a full package of AC cleaning and other treatments for $500+. I only intended to have ducts cleaned and treated for mold, but he offered us the full package for not quite $40 more, so we said ok. However, I'm not sure how good a job he did as he was on his cell phone half the time. They charge for sanitizer and mold treatments per register, but one of the treatments was only sprayed in the main return. I did notice some dirt left over in the duct leading to the return as well. He did not clean up after himself at all. There were smudges on the wall where he'd put his hands. He even borrowed a rag from me, used it until it was BLACK, and left it lying on my carpet when he left. I wonder if we got this kind of service because we were charged less than the full amount, or if this is the kind of service they give everybody.

Best Care sent us a flyer in the mail offering a good price for what we needed done. The final cost was comparable to the estimate. I am satisfied with the workmanship and the clean up.
