He came out the same day I called him and on time, and immediately put me at ease. I thought it was the garbage disposal, but mostly knew water was leaking under my sink and I didn't dare use it. Turns out it wasn't the disposal, it was a problem with the the trap. He did not have to go off to get the right part, he had everything he needed on his truck. He removed the disposal, checked it over, put in new pipe for the trap, reinstalled the disposal and removed an old under the sink filter system. Then he installed a new faucet in the kitchen. Following that, he installed a new facet in the bathroom and then a shower head. The work went quickly and professionally and he kept everything cleaned up as he went along. Would I call Belleview First in the future should I need plumbing? Absolutely.

We have used Bellevue First Plumbing multiple times and have always found Waylon friendly, easy to talk to and very reasonably priced--And he does good work. I would highly recommend him!

We are getting my in-laws condo ready to put on the market and while cleaning under the sink the rusty old drain disintegrated. I haven't used a lot of plumbers because my husband is very handy. He is however too busy with his real job to get to things quickly. Based on the reviews here I called Bellevue First. He arrived promptly. I left to get gas about 5 minutes away and returned less than 30 minutes later and found him filling the sink with water to check for leaks. There being none so job was done. Totally painless and no sales pitch for some membership to get discounts in the future.

He is a local plumber and is very kind and sweet. He is so nice and honest. He tells you just like it is. He is a local, small, honest plumber. I will hire him in the future.

Today was only the most recent time that Weylan worked on the plumbing for my house and 2 rentals. I have had the opportunity to compare his prices to a couple of other companies and I can say that he has saved me alot of money. My condo is aging and so is the plumbing, another company gave me a quote and it was much more expensive to repair the shower because it is hard to find the parts and he would have had to tear out the tiles to replace the pipes. Weylan works on alot of older River Plantation condos and had the parts on hand.

Last Saturday night my toilet started running, and it was driving me crazy. I finally had to shut the water off under it to get some peace. I called Mr. Costa fairly late that evening, and he called me right back. He asked if it was emergency, and he said he could come over if it was. I said no, that was OK, so we agreed for him to come out at noon on Monday. He called before he came, and showed up within a few minutes. He brought his tools in with him, and had to go out to his truck once. He fixed it very quickly--within about ten minutes. He was very friendly, neat, and professional. I chose him because he's local and because of the other ratings, but I think he deserves straight A's. I will definitely call on him again, and I will tell my friends about him, too.

I just got home from a work trip. For some reason I remembered to change out my air filter and saw that water was all in it. I went on to find water spewing from my water line going into my water heater. I called Weylin up and he was at my condo in 10 minutes, and this was around 10 o'clock at night. He showed up, diagnosed the problem, and he had me fixed up in 15 minutes. I just found my full time, hope to never use again, plumber!

I searched Angies List this morning as we have had low water pressure and loud noises had begun coming from under the house when water was running. Weylin answered in person when I called this morning and arrived on time for the appointment this afternoon. I had suspected the water pressure reducing valve and Weylin had estimated replacing it would be $235. He worked for nearly 2 hours going back and forth to make sure the job was done properly and was very professional. He was true to his word with the estimate and even my dog liked him. I highly recomend Weylin and Bellevue 1st Plumbing for any plumbing needs.

Weylin scheduled us in quickly, showed up on time, and worked until the job was finished. When he was done, the only way you could tell he had been here was that the toilets no longer rocked back and forth, the weird odor was gone from the powder room, and everything worked properly for a change. He took care to leave the spaces clean and tidy. Weylin works quickly and professionally. He used clear silicone rather than white to seal the base of the toilet in the powder room, which has a hardwood floor -- very impressed with that level of attention to detail. It is obvious that he takes pride in doing excellent work.

It was embarrassing to find out that I didn't know as much as I though I did about faucets. The YouTube instructions made it seem like a piece of cake. I was amazed that he didn't charge me anything because he said he lived in Bellevue anyway.

Showed up promptly, did the job, then ready to run. Did put everything back together. It was all apart and ready to be "snaked".

Called Weylin. He arrived in under 30 minutes. He took a look at the value, tighten the nut and bushing, laughed, and said call him when I have a real problem. I was embarrassed that I didn't tighten it myself, but was in the middle of the work day and just didn't have time to look at. He didn't charge me for his services. I’ll be using Weylin again for any future plumbing needs.

He was done quickly and the price was reasonable.

Weylin Costa was able to come within 2 hrs after I called and had the clog fixed in no time. He's friendly and efficient and I will use him again. ( he has done jobs in this neighborhood before, so I knew he had a good reputation)

Corroded kitchen pipes and waterline caused a heavy leak late one Saturday afternoon that forced us to turn off our water. My sister recommended Waylon at Bellevue Plumbing, explaining that he had done excellent work at her home for a very reasonable price. She also said that he had been very kind and personable. So I called Waylon the same evening my pipes leaked. It was around when I called. I was hoping he'd answer and that he would at least be able to come sometime on Monday. I was shocked when he said he could be out there that same day--a Saturday!--though he explained apologetically that he wouldn't be able to make til around 9 p.m. I was flabbergasted! I told him that would be quite alright, thinking it would probably cost me a fortune. Waylon came right on time at 9 p.m. He was a gentle, kind, and very efficient plumber. He completely replaced the 40 year old kitchen pipes and waterlines, adding shut off valves and checking to make sure there were no further leaks. He was finished with his work by 10:30. I later had him do the same thing for my bathroom (before another leak sprung!) with the same excellent results!

I ended up calling my usual handy man plumber. After examining the faucet and showing me, we discovered the faucet is ALREADY FROST FREE! That the faucet was replaced a few years before I purchased the house and that all it did need was a rubber gasket. He purchased the gasket and charged me an hours worth or work. It ended up costing me a grand total of $40.00.
