Description of Work: Replaced leaking bathroom facet set.

Description of Work: They had to unblock our sewer line (clogged with baby wipes) and remove our toilet and replace the seal. They were able to come promptly, were very nice, and did a good job. I'm just not sure about the charge, I have rarely needed a plummer so I don't know if 325.00 for about 1.5 hours work a good price.

Description of Work: Bellevue First Plumbing answered my call, fit me into their work day, and took care of my problem on the day I called. They offered good advice on several water heater options. I recommend this father and son team for your residential plumbing needs.

Description of Work: Waylon has been out for a large job and two small jobs. He is pleasant, experienced, talented and reliable. I would determine how the rates are to be charged up front, as I do not believe he works by the hour but by the job and it may avoid surprises to have that discussion up front. Unfortunately plumbers charge the same per hour whether they are changing a washer or performing a difficult job, but that being said he seems to be comparatively reasonable.

Description of Work: Fixed leaky outside fawset. Nice guy, punctual. A little sloppy. Cut a pretty. Large hole in half bath and accidentally cut through wall to master bath. Price was a little high.

Description of Work: Ordered for a rental problem I had with a home rental. Fixed toilet and water issues. Looked at Dishwasher issues. Came the next day and on time. Fair price. Per the renter: Very nice. Very informative.

Description of Work: replaced a sink filter which was leaking; called when we found water under the sink but could not find the source, and we had dinner guests arriving within two hours. He came in less than an hour, found the problem and made the repair quickly and cleanly.

Description of Work: I really needed a plumber, so I joined Angie's List to find one. And, indeed I did. Bellevue First Plumbing (Weylin) came just after I called. He was a considerate listener as I explained what all I needed. He fixed my dishwasher/garbage disposal problem within 5 minutes; he fixed my shower/tub pulling icky stuff from the drain (while never suggesting, as others do, that I watch for all the hair going down the drain, by cleaning it myself - isn't that what a plumber does?) He finished up in the upstairs bathroom (something catching on the handle each time). I definitely would recommend BFP (Weylin) to anyone who wants top quality work at a very reasonable price (Angie's List Discount was even more rewarding). Should I need him again...I would definitely call him.

Description of Work: I adored this plumber! He was cheerful, a smiler, and courteous! Besides fixing my tub faucet leak, we discussed a couple issues I had elsewhere in the house. He advised me what I needed to try before having unnecessary work completed, which in the long run cost me nothing! Thanks for coming on such a short notice!

Description of Work: We have been bothered with water hammer and too much pressure with comodes intake valves leaking, etc. Explained to Waylon and he said he could come check it the next day. Was on time, exactly, very polite. The trouble was too much pressure because of a failed pressure regulator in the garage and possible loose pipe leading from the regulator into the house. Waylon replaced the regulator, shimmed up the entry pipes, adjusted comode intakes and also adjusted a very tight shower lever that had accumulated residue. He only charged what is customarily the pressure regulator cost and replacement. He has no lost motion and appears to very exacting and clean with his repairs. Will definitly keep his card as my regular plumber.
