I love this company, because, they have a fair price, and the guy that come out, his name is Andy, and Andy is fantastic. He knows all about bugs, he knows about anything that you ask him. He came out and treated our house, and he treated our front porch for carpenter bees, and he didn't charge us for that, because it was a really small area. I really appreciated that. They are really nice and friendly people, and you can call them anytime you need, and they will answer any question that you ask them about bugs and pest control. I highly recommend them. They come out quarterly for the treatments. I can't speak anything but good about them and Andy is very good. If he doesn't know about something, he will tell you.

I would highly recommend Belle Meade Exterminating! I have used them for over 9 years and in two differnet homes. Mr. Scott is fantastic. He is very professional and very knowledgable of his profession. Every quarter when he comes to our house he always calls to tell us he is in the area and will be coming to take care of our quarterly needs. We have not had bugs since I started using Belle Meade! Mr. Scott has even taken the time to teach my daughter about a certain bug she kept seeing and explained to her what the bug was and what they bug was good for. He also let her know that the bug was harmless.

I have had nothign but the best service from Belle Meade Exterminating Co.! Mr. Scott has always taken great care of our home. When we moved he moved with us and has done a great job of protecting our house from those unwanted pests. He and the company do a great job of explaining what they are doing and using. Mr. Scott has alos educated our family on the bugs and pests. Great job as always! Super price and service! Thank you Belle Meade and Mr. Scott!!!!!

The company is very good. They have a quarterly fee for routine maintenance. They were recommended by other people here in Nashville. They are excellent.

They are reasonably priced.

I like them and I think they do a fine job. There's nothing in particular that I like. It's just pest control and it's pretty straight. They do a great job and 2.35 to 2.38. It's like a trust. I couldn't be happier with them. I think their price is very good. I will continue to use them in the future.

Twice I had termite problems and they came in and fixed it and did a nice job. There was no extra charge. That was quite a while ago. Once in the garage termites had gotten in through a post that holds the stairs. When we realized that they came and not only fixed the problem but also punched holes throughout the garage to put something to kill termites. They had a long way to get there but they solved the problem in a few ways. I haven't had that problem ever since. They did a nice job, I've been very pleased with them. The price has gone up a good bit.

If we have any problems with their service, they will come back immediately and address them. He always calls ahead to let us know when he is coming or if he is running late. They perform a very good service.

We had let our termite protection lapse, which was a dumb thing to do as we did see some evidence of termites (luckily no damage!). I had two inspections and quotes. Belle Meade techs were on time for inspection and treatment and very, very nice and professional. They were slightly higher than the other company quote. Both use Termidor (supposedly the best chemical). I selected BM since they use trenching instead of boring, which I read is better. However, when they came to treat they found trenching not possible due to my irrigation system being in the way (this was explained very well by the technician). So, they had to use the boring method, but still guarantee it will kill the termites. They are were slightly more on the yearly inspection ($115 vs $95) but their guarantee seemed to be a little better since it states they will repair damage, not just retreat (the other company really did not provide much detail on their guarantee). After treatment the tech walked me around the house showing me what he had done. He explained it may take up to 6 weeks to kill all the termites. They are also treating us quarterly for normal pest control which is about $65 per qtr.

The service is professional and timely which were key for my wife and I due to our hectic schedules. A supervisor and tech showed up. The supervisor was wearing a white shirt and a tie which was impressive in the heat. They explained what they would be doing, how long it would take and what was covered in the original estimate. I've had a working relationship with Belle Meade Exterminators in my prior career and have always been impressed. I was not dissapointed when it was my dime and time.

Belle Mead Exterminating are very nice people to have work for you. They do a wonderful job on my yard. They are very informal and gave me information on how to keep pests away.
