truck rentals
+ -1 moreThey insisted that we did not return the truck in a timely basis. It was one of those things when where you leave the truck and key. So, they had down that we did not return it and I said yes we did. This young woman kept on insisting that she went down and checked and it was not there. She was down right lying and she was extremely unpleasant. She continued to insist. I told her we returned it on a Sunday; my brother was with me. Finally, I had to go to her supervisor and explained the situation, the supervisor was nice, and said that they had to take the representatives word. So, I pulled the gas receipt to prove that we returned it full. The supervisor finally removed the charges. I would not use them again.
Description of Work: We used B and C Rental - Budget Truck Rental to rent a truck.
