The installation went well but after leaving the shop the trim around the windshield came loose and water is now entering the interior of the car when it rains.

I called about 5 pm on Friday evening to get a price quote to repair a cracked windshield. I was asked the size of the damage and when I said it had a couple of cracks about 6-8" long they told me that the windshield would have to be replaced. They could do it the next day for $179 plus tax and it would take about an hour. I made an appointment for 11 am Saturday morning. I got there about 10 minutes early and they had me out before noon. I would definitely use them again.

I called around to multiple different companies on Saturday (July 12th) to price shop windshield replacements for two automobiles and out of the five places I called Auto Glass Now was the most competitive. I mean Safelite Auto Glass quoted me $300.00 for the windshield replacement, $9.95 for disposal of the old windshield, and $24.95 for them to come to my house for the windshield installation... this was just for the Toyota Camry!!! Knowing this price wasn't even in the ballpark of competitive I kept calling and finally landed with Auto Glass Now who quoted me $338.66 for both automobiles. What a deal! Throughout the entire process I was very pleased with the level of professionalism that Auto Glass Now demonstrated. First, the turnaround time of the appointment was amazing. I called on Saturday (July 12th) and they had me scheduled for Monday (July 14th). Second, the price was extremely competitive when compared to the other companies that I called (half of what Safelite Auto Glass quoted me). Third, the windshield replacement specialist (C. Wayne Mayes) was very professional and personable. Fourth, the quality of the replacement windshields are outstanding. In closing I would like to say that I would highly recommend Auto Glass Now to anyone needing a windshield replacement as they are great at what they do and their prices are very competitive.
